We can bring your vision to life or we can create a theme to suit your special event. When planning your event, we use unique creative elements such as luxury furniture rental, lighting, drapery, tents, floral, table settings, assigned seating card displays, sign in tables, gift tables and much more.

We think you will be impressed at the many ways we can incorporate your personal messages and theme into your entertainment plan. We will delight you with our knowledge of the local entertainment market, we deliver high quality, creative and interactive entertainment to your event. Photography and Videography are essential elements in documenting and preserving your event memories. We work with a network of talented photo and video professionals, in a range of budgets. We work with the photographer and videographer to ensure timely receipt of your photos and can even load them to your website or Posh Able Events web page, sometimes before your guests even leave the party.

We provide full coordination of guest accommodations at your favorite Orlando area hotels and resorts. We can help with negotiation of best rates as well as communication with your guests. We also offer your guests helpful information about the details of your event and also about local entertainment and transportation options and offer in-room gift creation and delivery service.
8 - Transportation, Parking and Valet
We ensure that every venue or non-venue location has ample appropriate parking for your guests and that the areas are easily accessible and clearly marked. We may also suggest that we offer parking attendants or a valet service. And if you are looking for interesting ways to arrive or leave an event we can provide horse and carriage, exotic cars, limousines, golf carts as well as provide transportation for large groups.

Your personal Posh Planner will create an all-inclusive event plan, time line and budget, which will evolve as you work together to create the perfect event. We negotiate on your behalf for all products and services. We work with you, we work for you. Our planning fee covers the full scope of our time and efforts to create and execute your event. Much of our work is behind the scenes, creative development, vendor interviews and negotiations, price shopping, guest communication and many meetings, emails, and phone calls..what ever it takes to ensure perfection for your event. Plus, we are on sight to set up, clean up and FULLY manage every detail of your event.
