How It Works

 

 

At Posh Able Events - We do the work. You get the credit!  We take the biggest ideas in event planning and shrink them to fit any event budget.  From Concept to Clean Up - We create and execute events on a variety of scales, whether we are working with our corporate, nonprofit, or luxury social clients. Using the Posh Signature Event Plan we professionally organize and manage every aspect of every detail of each event. Our clients enjoy the flexibility to be involved as little or as much as they like.

 

 

Part One - Vision

 

Anything is Posh Able! During your event planning Strategy Session, we are learning about your unique vision for your event.  Next, we create a customized Services Agreement establishing our scope of work and a flat-rate for our professional event planning services. By signing the agreement, you are activating our full commitment to the planning, development, and execution of your event.  As a fee-based planner, we work with you along the way to build your event budget. We don't markup products or get kickbacks - we pass those savings onto you. 

 

 

Part Two - Planning

 

Next, we build your Event Plan, designing every aspect of every detail of your event. Your Event Plan is a  creative communication tool to share ideas and options in every category of service.  Your event BluePrint is an aesthetic overview of your event space with exact placement for decor, entertainment, brand activations, and guest engagement. Your detailed Show Flow ensures precision timing on every aspect of your event. Your Budget is a fully transparent tool giving you ultimate control, it's updated as you make decisions along the way.  With our event planning fee pre-established in your contract, we navigate you through the countless Orlando area venues and vendors (with no markups) to select those that match your style and your budget. Or, if you know exactly how much you want to spend - we just reverse-engineer the event to match your budget - saving you valuable time by directing you only to those selections that match your budget. 

 

 

Part Three - Execution

 

The week of your event, the Posh Able Events team is confirming details, establishing load-in schedules, timing your Show Flow, and communicating with your vendors, sponsors, and guests.  On the day of your event, we take care of everything!  You will love our attention to detail,  we are on top of everything.  Including your Production Schedule which allows us to manage your perfectly timed onstage activities things like lighting, scripts, speeches, awards, videos, and performances. 

 

 

 

Part Four - Post Event

 

After your event, we are still working on your behalf to collect photos and videos, emailing "thanks" to your sponsors and guests, and finalizing your final budget file - with links to all your receipts and contracts. Thinking ahead to your next event, we prepare a post-event report with ideas and suggestions on ways to enhance the efficiency of your next event. And if you like, we can survey your guests through many exciting new event technologies.  At the end of it all, we hope we've earned a spot in your heart and a place at the table for all your upcoming events.  Anything is Posh Able!
